حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في خطوة بنفسك من داخل التطبيق، أو بطلب عبر هذه الصفحة إن لم تعد تملك الوصول إلى التطبيق. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

تطبيق خطوة: الحساب ← الإعدادات ← «حذف الحساب» ← تأكيد.
خطوة للسائق: الملف الشخصي ← «حذف الحساب» ← تأكيد.

لا يمكن الحذف أثناء وجود طلب أو رحلة جارية؛ أنهِها أو ألغِها أولاً.

بطلب عبر الدعم

أرسل طلب «حذف الحساب» مع رقم الهاتف المسجّل عبر واتساب 07769998895 أو بالبريد إلى support@khatwaiq.com. للتحقق من أنك صاحب الحساب سنرسل رمزاً عبر واتساب إلى ذلك الرقم ونطلب منك إعادته إلينا. يُنفَّذ الحذف خلال 7 أيام من التحقق.

ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى

يُحذف فوراً	يبقى بلا رابط بك
الاسم، رقم الهاتف، كلمة المرور، جميع الجلسات ومعرّفات الإشعارات ورموز التحقق. للسائق: أي تاريخ ميلاد سابق وسجل التحقق في المكتب ولوحة المركبة ولونها ونوعها، وصور الوثائق السابقة (تُحذف نهائياً من التخزين خلال ساعات)، وأي رصيد متبقٍ يسقط.	سجل التوصيلات (نقاط الرحلة، السعر، التاريخ) يظهر كـ«عميل محذوف» أو «سائق محذوف» لأغراض المحاسبة وحل النزاعات. اسم ورقم المستلم يبقيان مع الطلب التاريخي.

Delete your account

You can delete your Khatwa account yourself inside the app, or request it through this page if you no longer have access to the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (immediate)

Khatwa: Account → Settings → "Delete account" → confirm.
Khatwa Driver: Profile → "Delete account" → confirm.

Deletion is not possible while an order or trip is in progress; finish or cancel it first.

By request through support

Send a "Delete account" request and your registered phone number by WhatsApp to +964 776 999 8895 or by email to support@khatwaiq.com. To confirm you own the account we send a code over WhatsApp to that number and ask you to send it back. The deletion is carried out within 7 days of verification.

What is deleted and what remains

Deleted immediately	Kept, with no link to you
Name, phone number, password, every session, notification identifier and verification code. For drivers: any legacy date of birth, office-verification record, vehicle plate, colour and make, and legacy document photos (permanently removed from storage within hours), and any remaining credits are forfeited.	Delivery history (route points, price, dates) shown as "deleted customer" or "deleted driver" for accounting and dispute purposes. A receiver's name and phone stay with the historical order.
