شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك تطبيق «خطوة» أو «خطوة للسائق» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. اقرأها مع سياسة الخصوصية.
1. ما هي خطوة
خطوة منصة تربط بين مرسِل يريد نقل غرض داخل مدينة واحدة وبين سائق مستقل معتمد. خطوة ليست شركة نقل ولا طرفاً في عقد النقل نفسه؛ السائق هو من ينفّذ التوصيل ويستلم الأجرة.
2. الحساب
- يلزم رقم هاتف عراقي مرتبط بواتساب لاستلام رمز التحقق.
- أنت مسؤول عن كلمة مرورك وعن كل ما يتم من حسابك. حساب واحد لكل شخص.
- يجب أن يكون السائق بعمر 18 سنة فأكثر وأن يحضر أصول هويته ووثائق القيادة والمركبة المطلوبة إلى المكتب قبل التفعيل والشحن لأول مرة. يبدأ التسجيل برصيد صفر ولا يعني الاعتماد. يفحص الموظفون الأصول شخصياً دون نسخ رقمية في عملية التسجيل الجديدة، ولخطوة القبول أو الرفض مع بيان السبب.
3. الطلبات والسعر
- السعر المعروض عند ضغط «احجز الآن» هو السعر النهائي للطلب ولا يتغير بعد ذلك.
- لا يمكن تعديل طلب بعد إرساله؛ ألغِه وأعد الحجز.
- يُختار عند الحجز من يدفع (المرسِل عند الاستلام أو المستلم عند التسليم) ولا يتغير بعدها.
- الإلغاء قبل الاستلام مجاني من داخل التطبيق. بعد الاستلام يكون الإلغاء بالتواصل مع الدعم.
- إن لم يُعثر على سائق يمكنك إعادة المحاولة بنفس السعر أو الإلغاء.
4. الدفع
الدفع نقداً للسائق فقط، بالدينار العراقي وبالمبلغ المعروض. خطوة لا تستلم أموال العملاء ولا تقدّم استرداداً نقدياً؛ أي إشكال في الدفع يُعالج عبر الدعم.
5. رصيد السائق
- يشحن السائق رصيده مسبقاً في مكتب خطوة (نقداً أو تحويلاً بنكياً). يُخصم رصيد واحد عند قبول كل طلب.
- يُعاد الرصيد تلقائياً إذا ألغى المرسِل قبل الاستلام، وضمن الحد اليومي المسموح إذا ألغى السائق بنفسه قبل الاستلام.
- الرصيد لا تنتهي صلاحيته ولا يُحوَّل لشخص آخر ولا يُسترد نقداً. عند حذف حساب السائق يسقط الرصيد المتبقي.
- لا يستطيع السائق التحول إلى «متاح» ورصيده صفر.
6. قواعد الاستخدام
- يُمنع إرسال أي غرض غير قانوني أو خطر أو ممنوع نقله، وللسائق رفض أي غرض يراه غير مناسب.
- أدخل بيانات مستلم صحيحة، وكن أنت أو المستلم موجوداً في المكان المتفق عليه.
- يُمنع إساءة استخدام بيانات الطرف الآخر (الاسم، الرقم، الموقع) خارج غرض التوصيل.
- على السائق تنفيذ الرحلة بنفسه وبالمركبة المسجّلة والالتزام بقوانين المرور.
7. المشكلات والنزاعات
لأي مشكلة في توصيلة (رفض الدفع، عدم حضور السائق، تلف الغرض، أو غير ذلك) تواصل مع الدعم. يفتح فريق الإدارة نزاعاً ويقرر بناءً على السجلات؛ القرار نهائي داخل المنصة، وقد يشمل إعادة رصيد للسائق فقط — لا استرداداً نقدياً.
8. التعليق والحظر والحذف
لخطوة تعليق حساب سائق أو حظر حساب عميل عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو الإضرار بالخدمة، ويبقى الدخول متاحاً لعرض الحالة وحذف الحساب. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق ما لم يكن لديك طلب أو رحلة جارية.
9. المسؤولية
خطوة تبذل جهداً معقولاً لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة لكنها لا تضمن توفر سائق أو وقت وصول معيّن. مسؤولية خطوة عن أي ضرر ناتج عن استخدام المنصة محدودة بأقصى ما يسمح به القانون؛ الأغراض المنقولة في عهدة السائق من الاستلام حتى التسليم.
10. التغييرات والقانون
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط؛ الاستمرار في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني الموافقة. تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين العراقية. للتواصل: واتساب 07769998895 أو support@khatwaiq.com.

By using the Khatwa or Khatwa Driver app you agree to these terms. Read them together with the privacy policy.
1. What Khatwa is
Khatwa is a platform that connects a sender who needs something moved within one city with an independent, approved driver. Khatwa is not a carrier and not a party to the delivery itself; the driver performs the delivery and collects the fare.
2. Accounts
- You need an Iraqi mobile number that is on WhatsApp to receive the verification code.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. One account per person.
- Drivers must be 18 or older and present their genuine original identity and required driving/vehicle documents at the office before activation and their first credit top-up. Registration starts with zero credits and does not mean approval. Staff inspect originals without digital copies in the new registration process; Khatwa may approve or reject with a reason.
3. Orders and price
- The price shown when you tap "Book now" is the final price of that order and never changes afterwards.
- A submitted order cannot be edited; cancel and book again.
- Who pays (the sender at pickup or the receiver at drop-off) is chosen at booking and cannot change afterwards.
- Cancelling before pickup is free and done in the app. After pickup, cancellation goes through support.
- If no driver is found you can retry at the same price or cancel.
4. Payment
Payment is cash to the driver only, in Iraqi dinars, for the displayed amount. Khatwa does not take customer money and does not give cash refunds; payment problems are handled through support.
5. Driver credits
- Drivers prepay credits at the Khatwa office (cash or bank transfer). One credit is used each time an order is accepted.
- The credit is refunded automatically if the sender cancels before pickup, and within the daily allowance if the driver cancels before pickup.
- Credits never expire, cannot be transferred and are not refundable in cash. When a driver account is deleted, any remaining credits are forfeited.
- A driver cannot go Available with zero credits.
6. Rules of use
- Do not send anything illegal, dangerous or prohibited from transport; a driver may refuse any item they consider unsuitable.
- Enter correct receiver details and make sure you or the receiver are at the agreed place.
- Do not use the other party's data (name, number, location) for anything beyond the delivery.
- Drivers must perform the trip themselves, with the registered vehicle, and obey traffic law.
7. Problems and disputes
For any problem with a delivery (refused payment, driver no-show, damaged goods or anything else) contact support. The admin team opens a dispute and decides on the records; the decision is final within the platform and may include a credit refund to the driver only — never a cash refund.
8. Suspension, blocking and deletion
Khatwa may suspend a driver account or block a customer account for breaking these terms or harming the service; sign-in stays possible to see the status and delete the account. You can delete your account at any time in the app unless you have an order or trip in progress.
9. Liability
Khatwa makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available but does not guarantee that a driver will be found or a particular arrival time. Khatwa's liability for damage arising from use of the platform is limited to the fullest extent the law allows; goods are in the driver's custody from pickup to delivery.
10. Changes and law
